Fedupinc, right on. Our federal govt. is corrupt from the top to the bottom. The Democrats and Republicans are as bad as the banana republics that the illegals are trying to flee from. What we now have are two groups of thieves arguing over which one should have the right to rob the bank.

The report also mentions that do to the US public school system there are more high school graduates and therefore less unskilled workers able to do the farming, meat packing, construction, cleaning and hospital aids. If all the illegal alliens were sent to Mexico which is an impossible task the price of everything you purchase would sky rocket.

I'm so sorry that people like pongman think that having LOW unemployment is a BAD thing. He would obviously be much happier if America were more like Mexico with few jobs and a chaotic job market. It is the sign of a GREAT country to have plentiful jobs. It's a sign of foolishness to try cripple your country by trying to ARTIFICIALLY create a tight job market.

Read the report its very good. It took in every economic situation possible including the care of illegals. Again the final consensus of the report that the cost of deporting them and preventing them from coming in would be astronomical. And it also took into account of the cost on every American with regards to GNP.

And as far as this tired old scare tactic of "You better let me hire illegals or I'll spike the price of orages" that was the same lie that slaveowners told about picking cotton. And then the cotton gin made using slaves for cotton picking obsolete.

Americans have no responsibility to decimate our country for the "good" of others.
There is nothing wrong with Mexico that a good old fashioned REVOLUTION would not fix. They should FIGHT for their country. Instead they have chosen to FIGHT to steal THIS one. We should not feel guilty over their lack of COURAGE to change their own country.

Can we trust ANY report from the government OR a big corporation that says "Illegals are good"? Both have shown they are equally corrupt in this regard. Rather than relying on bogus so-called "reports" written by corrupt individuals I would advise you to ask any police officer, teacher, or ER doctor what the REAL costs are.

lol, thank you , thank you. Again the cotton gin came down to economics. The marketplace sought a better solution to slave labor when the slavery problem became more of a problem for the slave owners? We had the same problem in Florida with the migrant sugar cane workers. They wanted overtime money for cane cut and the owners refused to pay. It went to court and the workers won. The owners brought in machines that before they didn't want to buy.

I think it is a good idea to give illegals drivers license. Here is how I would do it. Advertise that you can pick up your licenses here and when they show up DEPORT THEIR ASS!!! I am sick and tired of us acting like this country belongs to Mexico. It belongs to the American people and we say go home and come in legally.
