This is such a crock! She isn't playing "just" those notes... sure, she bases the melody off them, but for each chord she is playing purely harmonically. (meaning for the G chord, she is in fact playing a B and D as well, note NOT chosen)

You're a real moron. No one would expect her to stick "just those notes" like you did. Of course she had to deviate a little to add emotions to her music. When you speak, do you use the same tones all the time? You didn't really understood what she was doing: she can uncannily choose the chords impromptu without sounding forced, she is making music right on the spot that would sound good.
