Description:
Bear tests his survival skills in the steamy swamps of the Florida Everglades. Every year 60 visitors die here. Some inevitably fall prey to the two million resident alligator population. Searing heat and deadly snakes claim what the gators leave behind! |

RagdollPhysics ::: Favorites Channel 4 carried out a fairly extensive investigation into that sort of thing and concluded that "The programme explicitly does not claim that presenter Bear Grylls' experience is one of unaided solo survival.", it never says that he's alone out there or that they won't take safety precautions when things are too dangerous - so there's no deception there. 07-08-14 11:16:53 _____________________________________________________
xman7727 ::: Favorites Discovery has only admitted to Bear sleeping in Hotels on a few occasions -- claiming safety/health reasons. A few times out of the many many times he's been out is like a drop in the bucket. It usually takes about a week to film an episode. Bear, in one of his interviews says that the crew is usually helicoptered out at night, and He is left with a small camera for himself at night. 07-08-07 01:12:44 _____________________________________________________
alluneedislove17 ::: Favorites I do read the news...but in theory, Bear doesn't stay in hotels. I was wondering where they're SUPPOSED to be staying, because he only builds shelters and sleeping areas for himself. 07-08-05 14:36:19 _____________________________________________________
EternalLifeForYou ::: Favorites They all stay in motels. Don't you read the news? 07-08-02 10:56:35 _____________________________________________________
xman7727 ::: Favorites According to Bear, the camera crew is helicoptered out during the night, so they can recharge their batteries, etc. They leave Bear with a small cam during the night. But according to recent reports, Bear on 1 or 2 occasions left with the camera crew when they were helicoptered out during the night due to safety concerns. 07-07-28 21:17:52 _____________________________________________________

up2wind ::: Favorites That metal cup was attached to water bottle. No doubt people like you who didnt serve in the army, doesnt know about this. And stop doubting this SAS's capability. Dont think getting in SAS was easy. If that's so easy, they wouldnt be classified as Special Force - Red beret(SG) 07-07-09 15:28:03 _____________________________________________________ |
