No you still played a turn, not a full turn but the turn still happened. Upkeep is a phase of the turn, which means if your on his upkeep doing this it is not turn zero. If you play this on mtg online it will say "turn one". I used this deck on MTG ONLINE CLASSIC. but this really does not matter because will still win freakin early. Or it just gets counterd to a polp.

I'm hearing though that it's illegal anyway because of priority not being passed though I don't quite see how it can't be passed. I have to look into this more.

It is also worth while to mention that creatures can only regenerate from combat damage, or from spells that say destroy and not from loss of life, or being sacrificed.

Anytime a creatures toughness is zero it is automatically put into the graveyard, whether this is done by combat damage or loss of life. In this case 0 was paid for X so it's power/toughness was 0/0, which makes it go to the graveyard as soon as it resolved.

i got a question, if a card has 0 defense, something as 10/0 it should be destroyed or they are distroy because 0 was pay when u had to pay X and something else, if you have a creature 2/2 and put in it a -2/-2 counter, it is destroy? thank u, if you answer me this question, please put me the piece of the rules where that is said, because i heard, a card would be only distroy if it reaches 0 by combat damage, Thanks
