That is an impressive 114 percent increase from the second quarter. Cash on hand for the Paul campaign is $5,300,000. McCain was down 55 percent. |

drdalev ::: Favorites 2007-12-28 23:01:59 MOst of the subsidies don't go to the local small farmer anyway. It goes to the big agra farms who are poisoning our food. If any food should be subsidized its organic food growers who are not poisoning us. They are saving us billions in future health costs created by the GMO (Genetically Modified)food produdcers. Don't eat processed food or anything that doesn't say Organic. It causes brain tumors and cancer. Use all the GMO crops for fuel. __________________________________________________
rachqatsi ::: Favorites 2007-12-26 00:46:20 The reason why they ignore you is because you constantly pester them. It's not Paul that angers them, it's the mindless herd of sheep, AKA Paultards, that do __________________________________________________
GetDrunkAndWatch ::: Favorites 2007-12-25 01:16:41 This is old news. The 4th quarter is where Paul raised more money than any of them, and he is set to get much more. Also, his donations weren't from himself or large business ala Democrats and Romney. It was from many individuals __________________________________________________

NP323 ::: Favorites 2007-12-18 03:21:13 I heard someone say we should have a 1 day event where every freeway overpass has a Ron Paul supporter on it at the same time across the country ,that way we would get publicity and more participation in meetups,I think it sounds like a good idea. BuyUSAsEthanolKilOil ::: Favorites 2007-12-15 21:54:57 for every BTU used in making ethanol there is a 35% gain in energy... its not a wash... farmers in northern illinois are not all worth millions. they all have different size plots and depending on their yeild, some farmers just brake even... you would have to be crazy to try and tell me all farmers are loaded... i know a few farming families and they are NOT loaded at all __________________________________________________
hounddogdad ::: Favorites 2007-12-14 21:56:41 it still takes as much energy to make ethanol as it would to not make it. its a wash thats not worth the corperate investments into farmers. as far as 10 combines, well when the picker head of a combine is around 250k it dont take long to add up.farmers here in northern il are worth millions. __________________________________________________
BuyUSAsEthanolKilOil ::: Favorites 2007-12-14 19:02:39 just plain wrong... without subsidising milk would be 10 cents a gallon and it would be almost imposible to profit off of it. farmers worth millions???? not in my town... maybe the big time corn companies with 10 combines and 1500 acres. like i said its an industry not a past time. Ethanol means BIG money for small time AMERICAN farmers VS. BIG money for oil __________________________________________________
hounddogdad ::: Favorites 2007-12-14 17:11:03 ok this is one thing i hate is farm subsidiing,if i take off the day of work who is going to pay my bills, this is jsut farm welfare and its not right, yeah yeah yeah i understand that if they didnt get it milk would be 6.00 a gallon.but what the hell i see local farmers getting millions and they are already worth millions what the hell,,,,,and im not saying one tree in a corn field,im saying small wooded areas.they are cleaning then out just to plant more corn __________________________________________________
BuyUSAsEthanolKilOil ::: Favorites 2007-12-14 03:24:03 and farm houses getting torn down... are you joking??? i've been around this my whole life... corn is a multi-million dollar industry... people sell the house and the land to MAKE MONEY! the land is worth 10X the house. yeah its kinda sad but... just how a person rebuilds a house... farmers rebuild on their new proporty or they expand and farm more land... or sould we never rebuild anything again? make everything!!! historic __________________________________________________
BuyUSAsEthanolKilOil ::: Favorites 2007-12-14 03:16:43 you "live in the middle of a corn field" ..... and there cutting down trees??? im from illinois... i don,t get it ... there are no trees in corn fields??? and there is plenty of room... farmers get paid to leave fields empty so that corn prices don,t bottom out... its called subsidising __________________________________________________
hounddogdad ::: Favorites 2007-12-13 17:55:38 this ethanol talk is bullshit.i live in the middle of corn fields.you planet savers would shit at all the trees being cut down to plant more corn.and the old farms "part of our history" being pushed in a hole and burnt.great for the air too.ethanol is bullshit lies, unless you live in a city and dont see any of that __________________________________________________
