Brian Ross reports on new intelligence suggesting that a small al Qaida cell may be on its way to the United States or already here. The White House will assemble in the Situation Room this week to minimize the threat. Ross quotes a senior administration official who said "the level of concern of a new terrorist attack is now higher than it has been in some time."
