If you notice at 2:17 when she hits the top string with her thumb she should have her finger on her left hand on the top string two frets up, because at 2:21 the string suddenly becomes deeper again. ..Type in "sunburst/jubilation andrew york" in search to see the actual chord at 3:57. Thus, it has to have been dubbed. It's just I realized it because she forgot to put her finger on the 1st string at 2:17 and the string changed from F to D anyway, which you can see by compairing 2:17 to 2:21.
